Regional Competition

Last evening, Wawasee High School Academic Super Bowl teams participated in the regional competition at Northridge High School. The social studies team and the interdisciplinary team had first place finishes! Later today, Wawasee will find out if these two teams qualify for the state competition on May 3.

Congratualations to the Wawasee High School Social Studies and Interdisciplinary teams! You worked very, very hard to get to where you are, enjoy it and hopefully you will make it to State!

I am so sick of school systems hiring and placing teachers in positions before they even post the job on their online website! Don't waste the time and hope for others if you know that the job is already filled! Don't even post it! For the anonymous person above me wanting to know about Kindergarten....Syracuse is going to place one of their current Special Education teachers in that spot.

Then they will probably hire a man for that spot because they don't like to hire women at Syracuse.

I am so sick of cry babies on this blog.

Most of you have no idea what you are talking about.

Go back to your bon-bons and soaps.

Bad mouthing teachers you don't know, and administrators you have never met makes you look quite silly.

Actually, it makes you look like an idiot.

Anonymous Complainer,

IF you know what you are talking about, I sincerely hope you aren't putting a wrench in the works of someone getting a job.

Who are you to disparage someone from making a move. It happens in every other company out there, why should a school be different.

I, personally, feel bad for this teacher who is being drug into this through no fault of their own.

Your words have consequences. Choose them more wisely.

I do not see anyone picking on any one teacher. I dont think this is about bad mouthing teachers. I think it is parents are not getting enough info. Its not about liking a teacher it is about the best thing for everyones children. Which of course is different in every situation.

I think that we've lost focus from the Regional Competition. We should be recognizing the Academic Super Bowl teams instead of gossiping. Good luck to the teams! Go Warriors!
