The Wawascene was created by Dr. Mark Stock, former Superintendent of the Wawasee Community School Corporation. Due to its local popularity, Dr. Stock has left the blog site to future Wawasee administrators.

Wawasee 2-Hour School Delay - January 23, 2014

Wawasee Community Schools will delay the start of school two hours on January 23, 2014, due to excessive wind chill temperatures and drifting snow.
