With the increase in curriculum expectations and the number of parents working, more and more people are finding the half-day kindergarten arrangement to be difficult.
Probability for success? Not very good until the economy improves.

My understanding from the Indianapolis TV news was that the Dems weren't so much "discussing" full day kindergarten as they were demanding that Gov. Daniels fund it immediately. I think Gov. Daniels' response was something to the effect of, it's a good idea that's probably a year away from reality.
