Wednesday Delay Update

Road reports show that many of the drifted areas we were worried about this morning are plowed out now.

Drive careful. Have a good day.

As a new parent to the northern part of the country I was just wondering how the decission to delay or cancel school is made. We are from Florida where there are no delays and cancellations. So I was just wondering

I almost hit a bus driving to school this morning so i guess those drifted areas that YOU were worried about weren't as safe as you thought. There were mile long stretchs of road that were still covered in snow! Not all students have four-wheel drive, had a student with a car been behind that bus they would have rearended it.

Yeah, the roads were decent but the roads right by the school were terrible. Especially the entry to the school by the baseball fields. Its very dangerous and still very slippery
